Business listing information: If you list a business, we collect the business name, address, phone number, operating hours, category, and any images you upload.

Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our site, including pages visited, search queries, browser type, device type, and IP address.

Community content: Posts, questions, and replies you submit to the Gully Tails Community are stored and publicly visible on the platform.

Contact form submissions: If you contact us via the Contact page, we collect your name, email, and message.

• To send transactional emails related to your account or listings

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Business listing data is retained while the listing is active on the platform. Community posts are retained unless you request deletion.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months to allow us to follow up on your query.

Under applicable Indian data protection law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Gully Tails is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
