Gully Tails (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a pet care discovery platform at gullytails.com that connects pet parents in India with local pet care service providers including veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, grooming salons, daycare centres, and training services.

Gully Tails is a listing and discovery platform. We do not provide pet care services directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of any listed business.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or list a business on Gully Tails. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gullytails.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.

Accuracy: Business owners who list their services on Gully Tails are responsible for ensuring that all listing information — including address, contact details, hours, services offered, and pricing — is accurate and kept up to date.

Verification: Listings marked “Verified” have undergone a basic quality review by the Gully Tails team. Verification does not constitute an endorsement and does not guarantee the quality or safety of the services provided.

Prohibited listings: You may not list businesses that engage in illegal animal trade, animal cruelty, or any activity that violates applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, without prior notice, if it violates these Terms or our content standards.

By posting content to the Gully Tails Community (questions, replies, adoption posts, lost & found posts), you grant Gully Tails a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Contains personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech
• Promotes illegal animal trade or cruelty
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious links

All content on Gully Tails — including the website design, logos, blog articles, and original copy — is the property of Gully Tails and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Gully Tails is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listing information provided by third-party businesses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gully Tails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on any listed business.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand).

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (such as business websites and map services). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Gully Tails displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Gully Tails shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of Gully Tails after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
